I wanted to do an update on treatment for the elderly patient with GERD and anxiety. She is still having bouts of reflux that take it out of her. Her throat is raw from the reflux and for some reason the physicians don’t seem to think she has reflux. At any rate, here is the latest data on her. She continues to show some improvement from her initial readings, but has “back slid” a bit from recent visits. She still enjoys the visits and feels much better afterwards. But I blame myself, a bit, since I backed off doing the heart fire point (8Ht) and 6K for yin. Next time I will do the same treatment as 7.24.14 and see how she does.
So as you can see, her “pre” LF/HF (a measure of her stress level) has stayed about the same. But overall her levels during treatment have decreased, and decrease with treatment.
