Even Marathon Runners Can Be Sedentary

Pretty scary that even if you’re a marathon runner, the amount of sitting you put in daily is bad for your health!  Even standing is better, and some are even resorting to treadmill desks.  It’s our world now, where everything is shared by computer.  More computer work, shopping, creating, everything. Get up and move as well as doing your work!
