I found a link to this complilation of 47 diets from Peter Attia’s blog. He has a podcast and blog and is devoted to “cutting edge” research on longevity and health. But one facet of his thinking that I like the most, is his hard eyed view of medical studies and he ruthlessly takes them apart. One example here.
He did a similar take down on the scare about diet drinks.
But these diets listed above apparently ALL did better than the Standard American Diet, or SAD. Kind of stunning, and well, sad.
