Exercise can’t hurt!

Just posted this, so if this is a duplicate apologies.
Also, the term “dementia” is no longer the appropriate term, rather “neurocognitive disorder.”  So make note!
Link to latest research on the diagnosis and treatment of Alzheimer’s.  I’m afraid there is little in the way of good news for treatment.  Prevention, in terms of managing midlife blood pressure, diabetes, obesity management, exercise and the like are of help but once contracted medication results are still not stellar.
