Here is another data set looking at long term stress reduction/improvement in HRV over time. from a patient who has been treated for 2 years for hypertension and anxiety. Her blood pressure is controlled without medication and the anxiety very rarely occurs. I would love to be able to show this consistently. But, of course, as with anything in medicine it’s not 100%.
The conditions where this improvement in stress levels and HRV could potentially have a big impact would be in patients with autoimmune conditions, including allergies and skin conditions. Also, of course in patients with migraine, hypertension, and anxiety also.
