HRV and Acupuncture: There's an App for that…

It is with trepidation that I link to this product.  Colleagues who had more of a stomach for it linked through to see what it offered.  I’m sure it can’t be too awesome since artifact and analysis are pretty tricky for HRV and continue to be the bane of its utility. From a casual read, it looks like a biofeedback device that you can use with your I phone.  So it’s nothing new really, the Emwave and Heart Math systems are similar.  It’s the marketing to the Acupuncture community is perhaps the difference.

Nonetheless, it’s a milestone of sorts for me.  That the idea I had over 10 years ago was worth devoting a ton of time and energy to might be worth pursuing. And I’m still pursuing it.

But I can’t tell if I’ve arrived or been left at the station.
