I’m sharing this YouTube video 0n squats from Dr. Rhonda Patrick.  I think it’s worthwhile, even though I can NOT find the reference anywhere. This regimen is compared to walking, but it may be of interest just on its own for people looking for more resistance training ideas. Simple (not easy) but doable in many different locales (home, office, Starbucks?)
