Stories from the Clinic

This is the story and data of  of a new patient ,who developed anxiety disorder characterized by a queasy sensation, palpitations, discomfort, and dis-ease.  She has responded quickly to acupuncture and though not “cured” has fewer symptoms and has less disability.  Of note is that her stress levels have gone from above average, to below average.  Also of note is that her needling segment in the last treatment caused a spike in stress levels.  This kind of spike does not seem to have any negative significance, in fact the opposite, in my experience.
